Recycling Process
Selection
At LW Group Kft, we specialize in recycling plastic waste into plastic polymers. Our process begins by sourcing plastic waste, which comes in the form of bales from external suppliers.
Our staff meticulously sort the material by quality and color, discarding non-recyclable and non-plastic items, in order to assure a higher quality and purity of the final product.
Subsequently, the plastic is shredded and subsequentially washed in our facility, with a machinery composed of multiple water tanks connected between them, with the grinded material traveling more then 50 meters, assuring at the end clean material ready to be processed.
The water used is without any addition of chemicals, and part of a closed loop system where the water will be filtered more times before reuse.

From washing to extrusion, our team transforms the washed and grinded materials into high-quality polymers, through our extruders, with a focus on cleanliness and quality control, we store the final products in big bags in a secure environment, ready to be sold.
